Equisent has been building for NDIS since the scheme started. The group designs, builds and operates its own purpose-built NDIS supported accommodation, currently 129 beds across five Melbourne sites, so we carry the maintenance and the participant feedback for every decision we make on the plan. We know what a SIL Provider or SDA Provider needs because we live it everyday.
That is the difference between a builder who has read the standard and one who answers to residents living in the result.
If you are an SDA provider or investor looking at a site, we can run the design feasibility, the assessor review and the construction estimate as one exercise. It saves the round trip between architect, assessor and builder that usually adds three months and a redesign.
Bring the site and the dwelling category. We will bring the assessor.
