Why a "healthcare builder", not a "builder"
A domestic door costs $300. A hospital-grade automatic door set, fire rated and wide enough for a bed, costs $7,000. The carpentry is similar, but the consequence of getting it wrong is not.

Site walk.
We meet at the space, walk the clinical workflow with you and agree a budget band. No charge.

Design.
In-house drawings with AS 1428.1 access, AS/NZS 3003 electrical and NCC Class 9a or 9b requirements resolved before pricing. We can also work with your design team.

Approvals.
Building permit, landlord consent and any planning matters managed by us.

Construction.
Staged around your trading hours or your occupancy pattern.

Handover.
Certificates, as-built drawings, defects period, one point of contact.

HealthBuilt is the construction arm of Equisent Group, a Melbourne developer and operator that has been building in healthcare and aged care since 2006. Equisent designs, builds and runs its own purpose-built NDIS supported accommodation across five Melbourne sites, and has built, owned, and operated its own aged care facilities, which means we live with our own fitouts long after handover.
